Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates:

In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Bayamón location. Orders will typically be ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Delays & Exceptions
Santuario Libros y Discos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at santuariolibrosdiscos@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Santuario Libros y Discos, we want you to love what you find here. Because our inventory includes both new and pre-owned items, our return and exchange policies are as follows:
Pre-Owned Merchandise
All pre-owned books, LPs, and other pre-owned merchandise sales are final. Due to the nature of these items, no returns or exchanges are possible for pre-owned products.
Event tickets and digital items are also non-refundable.
New Merchandise
New merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fee are non-refundable.

Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund.
In-Store Purchases

Returns and exchanges for eligible items must be made in person at our Bayamón location with a valid receipt.

Pre-owned items purchased in-store remain final sale.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange for new merchandise:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange
- We will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in original condition
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a store credit. Same indications on return details apply.
